Masala Chai Black Tea
Traditional masala spices, like cinnamon, ginger and cardamom, bring warmth, aromatics, and spicy characteristics to this authentic chai tea. Enjoy hot or iced!

Ingredients: Black tea, cinnamon, ginger, cloves, nutmeg, peppercorn, cardamom.

Steeping Instructions: Steep 1 tablespoon per cup of water that has been brought to temperature of 100C (212F) for 4 minutes. For a stronger cup of tea, you can use more loose leaf tea or let the tea steep for a few minutes longer.
Iced Tea Instructions: Steep 8 tablespoons per 4 cups of water that has been brought to temperature of 100C (212F) for 4 minutes. Strain tea into a 2L pitcher. Add favourite sweetener and stir to combine. Top pitcher up with ice and enjoy!
Note: This tea is not suitable for cold brew recipes and must be added to water that has reached 85C (185F) or above before it is cooled and enjoyed as an iced tea beverage.
